SiteMaestro AgentTM
The SiteMaestro intelligent agent is a small efficient service that runs on each server. It collects
critical system data and determines if an error condition has occurred based on a user-defined set
of rules. When an error is detected, the agent will notify the appropriate personnel needed to correct
the problem. In addition, user-defined automated corrective actions can also be taken. Each agent
contains an embedded secure web server that can be used to display current information and to
configure the agent from any location using a web browser. One or more agents can be used
individually or as part of a complete solution.

SiteMaestro RepositoryTM
The SiteMaestro Repository allows for one or more agents to send collected data for long-term
storage in a SQL Server or Oracle database. It is made up of a server component, which collects
data from each agent, and a GUI component that is used to view stored data. Data compression and
storage options keep disk and network requirements under your control. Stored data can be
viewed or graphed using a flexible query interface. With this powerful tool you can easily
determine how systems are performing over time and when critical resources are going to be depleted.
